1. Keep my employers appraised of my work schedule/priorities.
2. All at UCSD who need or use my services.
3. Viewed and commented on by Hydraulics Lab personnel.
4. Two way communication.

This will be hosted on an internal server.
The existing IT support will handle any problems but I will manage the Blog.
The IT support is 10 and the expertise will develope over time for the manager.
