Lucky Ducky's reasons for blogging

I want to set up a blog to share news with members of a social club to which I belong. It will be used to disseminate information such as upcoming events and other news of interest. I would like all members to contribute, to use it as a mechanism to socialize online when they can't meet in person.

I would like to post a blog for my residency training program on my web site. This would be useful for residents to express issues regarding clinical and academic experiences. I would like it to be dialogue used to enhance the educational experience of residency.
